1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and icuci ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This document governs your access to and use of the icuci website at icuci.win, the icuci mobile app, and all related services we offer.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the icuci platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document. This acceptance takes full effect from the date of your account registration.

Icuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the icuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration — this is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived.
• Are acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or gaming restriction programme of any recognised platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Never previously been banned from using the icuci platform or any related platform.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not as a primary source of income.

Icuci conducts a rigorous identity verification (KYC) process to ensure all members meet the eligibility requirements above. Valid identification documents such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence are required during the verification process. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — constitutes a serious violation of icuci's Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and the total balance may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. icuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact the icuci support team immediately via live chat.

All information provided during registration and the KYC process must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all pending wins. icuci reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time if deemed necessary.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Icuci supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and all major local banks. All deposits are credited to your account in under one minute once the transaction is successfully confirmed.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals involving larger sums or requiring additional security checks may take up to 24 hours to process. icuci does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of the KYC verification process. icuci reserves the right to decline or delay suspicious withdrawal requests while a security investigation is conducted.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Icuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, reload deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page and must be read together with these general Terms and Conditions.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The standard icuci wagering requirement is between 20x and 35x of the bonus value received, depending on the promotion type. The validity period to fulfil the wagering requirements is 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players.
• Only one active promotional bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Icuci reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means deemed abusive or fraudulent.
• Progressive jackpot games may not count fully towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of automated software or betting strategies deemed to manipulate the system, will result in immediate account closure.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the icuci platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by recognised independent third-party testing bodies. This ensures that every slot spin, card hand, or game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including icuci itself.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited and may result in:

7 Accepted User Conduct

Icuci platform users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited across all areas of the platform, including live chat, community forums, and interactions with the support team:

• Sharing personal account information or passwords with any third party.
• Attempts to access another player's account without authorization.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the icuci platform.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location for the purpose of bypassing system controls.

Icuci maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud and platform abuse. Reports from users regarding suspicious behaviour will be investigated seriously by our security team.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your icuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining balance in a closed account will not be recoverable after 90 days from the date of closure.

Icuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Unauthorized chargeback attempts through a payment provider.
• Instructions from a competent regulatory authority.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

Icuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.

While we strive to keep the platform running 24/7 without interruption, icuci does not guarantee continuous availability and is not liable for any damage or loss caused by unplanned downtime, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

Game results recorded by the icuci server are final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and our server records, the icuci server records shall be the authoritative reference.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Icuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendments are required for security or legal reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where icuci operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
